Do I need to book in advance?
We highly recommend making your reservations in advance as we allow a limited number of people to participate in each investigation. Space permitting we will accept on-site payment for the experience.
Where do I find parking?
Port Metered Parking: (3 hour maximum), 10am – 8pm – 7 days per week. Certain holidays are free (see meter screen), but time limits are enforced every day, including holidays. Meters take credit cards, ATM and coins. Meters north of Hornblower across from Solar Turbines have a 4 hour time limit.
The Headquarters (End of Tour) – 789 W Harbor Dr, San Diego, CA 92101
Bus: N Harbor Dr & Ash St. – Blue , Pacific Hwy & Ash St. – Red
Trolley: Green line, Little Italy. Orange line, Santa Fe Depot. Blue line, American Plaza. All are just a few short blocks from the museum.
Please note parking Downtown is limited and is not free! Be sure to arrive early enough to give yourself plenty of time to find parking or you may want to use UBER, LYFT, taxi, bus or use another form or public transportation. This event is downtown please check to see if there are other events going on that would require additional time for parking. Our experience starts promptly at the designated start time and we reserve the right to scalp your tickets if you don’t arrive on time.
Where do I check In?
You will meet your Guide near the Maritime Museum of San Diego; 1492 N Harbor Dr, San Diego, CA 92101.
How far do we walk?
You will leisurely walk 1.5 miles over 1. 5 hours. We will provide breaks for sitting whenever possible.
Is this tour appropriate for kids?
Yes, children are allowed to attend with parental supervision.
What is your cancellation policy?
All sales are final and non-refundable.
What if it rains?
The tour will go on in a light rain. We highly suggest you bring an umbrella or borrow a trash bag from a local business. (They make decent ponchos.) In the case of a downpour we will cancel. If this happens we will contact you and see if you would like to reschedule for a future date or if you prefer a refund. We will call you at least 2 hours before the event if it is cancelled due to the weather.
Is this a theatrical production?
No, everything you experience is very real, we do not re-enact any of the stories. (You are more than welcome to though.)
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Nope. We do suggest you wear comfortable walking shoes.

Do you do parties for private groups or company team building events?
Yes! Please contact us and we would be happy to discuss putting together a tour for your group. Henry’s Pub can also provide catering for your event, so we have everything covered for you!
